JadeCare Journey ("we", "us") coordinates premium health-check and wellness travel in China. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our website or contact us, how we use it, and the rights you have. For any privacy question, email hello@jadecarejourney.com.

• Enquiry details you submit through our forms: name, email, phone/WhatsApp, country of residence, preferred language, package interest, travel dates, number of travellers and any message.
• Technical and usage data, collected only with your consent: pages viewed and general analytics about how the site is used (via Google Analytics).
• Marketing attribution such as referring page and campaign parameters, where present.

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a personalized package proposal.
• To coordinate hospital appointments, hotels, transfers, interpretation and concierge services you request.
• To improve our website and services (analytics, with consent).

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent (analytics cookies and marketing communication); steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract (handling your enquiry and quote); and our legitimate interests in operating and improving the service. You may withdraw consent at any time.

We use necessary cookies required for the site to function. With your consent we use Google Analytics to understand usage; under Google Consent Mode no analytics cookies are set until you opt in. You can change your choice any time via Cookie settings in the footer.

We share data only with service providers that help us operate, including:

• Supabase — secure database hosting for your enquiry.
• Resend — transactional email used to deliver your enquiry to our team.
• Google Analytics — website usage measurement, with your consent.
• Hospitals, hotels and local partners — only as needed to arrange the services you request.

Because the service operates between your country and China, your data may be processed outside your country of residence, including in jurisdictions with different data protection laws. We take reasonable steps to protect it in transit and at rest.

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship, and as required for legitimate business or legal purposes. You can ask us to delete it (see below).

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data; restrict or object to processing; request portability; and withdraw consent.
