JadeCare Journey provides travel coordination, appointment support, interpretation and concierge assistance for health-check and wellness travel in China. We are a coordination and concierge service, not a medical provider. By using this website or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms.

All medical examinations and treatment are provided by independent, licensed hospitals and professionals. We do not provide diagnosis, treatment or medical advice. See our Medical Disclaimer for detail.

• Prices shown are indicative starting points and are not an offer or guarantee.
• Final pricing is confirmed in a written quote and depends on the selected hospital, eligibility, availability and travel dates.
• Bookings are subject to confirmation, medical suitability and any requirements of the relevant hospital, hotel or partner.

• Provide accurate and complete information for your enquiry and any arrangements.
• Obtain appropriate visas and travel documents, and arrange travel insurance.
• Comply with the terms of hospitals, hotels and other third-party providers.

Hospitals, hotels, transport and other partners are independent providers with their own terms, and are responsible for the services they deliver. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JadeCare Journey is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for medical outcomes, which are the responsibility of the treating institutions and professionals. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
